We wish to introduce Armenia to you, the land of Noah's Ark, the cradle of civilisation. One of the 
oldest countries in the world, where people are warm and friendly and hospitality is legendary. A country that is capable of provoking strong feelings and emotions.
Our wish is to make the visitor feel these emotions and this is why in 2005 we have founded Chirinian Travel, incoming tour operator. In fact, we have been present in the Armenia tourism market since 2001, the year when Armenia celebrated the 1,700th anniversary of Christianity as an official religion, and the year when John Paul II visited the country.
In the recent years, we have had an increasing number of tourists and the reason for that is that travelling to Armenia is an unbelievable experience for its rich culture and ancient history, for its extremely varied and untouched nature.
The interest from all over the world towards Armenia as a tourist destination has prompted us to found our travel agency in order to provide a high quality service to meet our clients highest demands.

The area around the Lake Sevan, one of the world's largest high altitude lake, was part of the ancient Great Silk Road. A land that was conquered by the Romans, Persians, Arabs, Byzantines, and the Ottomans, but has time and again risen from ashes. A country that has much to offer with its well-preserved ancient monastic complexes, surrounded by an unspoiled and fascinating nature, its fortresses and temples, its legends, its ancient traditions. And after a generous dinner, in a typical restaurant, it will be likely to get caught up in the rhythm and sounds of local music. Also the busy markets and bazaars that are well worth a visit. The colourful spice market or the Vernissage that offers a great variety of handicraft of local origin ranging from silver, wood, carpets, souvenirs or art by local artists.
An excellent wine or a world class cognac tasting is also a worthy experience as well as sharing a meal with an Armenian family in the countryside where apart from the warm hospitality, you will be able to discover how the local bread is traditionally baked.
