The Holy Sea of Armenian Apostolic Church Cathedral of St. Echmiadzin
Echmiadzin Cathedral is the oldest Christian Temple of Armenia and the center of Armenian Apostolic Church.It was built in 301 by Gregory the Illuminator. The legend says that Christ descended from the Heavens and pointed to the site on which the Cathedral was to be built.
